To claim the Home Buyers’ Amount, enter the amount of $10,000 on line 31270 of your tax return. The non-refundable tax credit rate of 15 percent means the actual reduction of your taxes will be $1,500.00. You can divide the credit between your return and your spouse or common-law partner’s return, but the combined total claimed cannot be greater than $10,000.

I made my debut in the Real Estate Industry as a Legal Assistant facilitating every imaginable real estate transaction, collaborating with Lawyers, Notaries, Municipalities, Realtors, Appraisers, Building Inspectors, Developers, Surveyors, Lenders, Purchasers, Sellers, and more. I've worked in Property Law Litigation and Foreclosure, Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney. Office Manager at a Real Estate Office? I've done that too. I am confident that the culmination of these experiences has shaped me into an exceptional Mortgage Professional.
