While my home base is in British Columbia, my expertise extends beyond provincial borders, allowing me to assist in securing mortgage financing throughout most of Canada.
My services are typically at no cost to you! My clients often secure superior rates and lending terms compared to those who approach banks or credit unions directly. I am compensated by lenders through a commission, typically ranging from 0.5% to 1% of the total mortgage amount, but rest assured, this does not have a negative impact on your rate. I earn my commission only after successfully arranging your mortgage.
